Satellite re-entry seen near Seattle?

While driving North on Interstate 5 near Arlington, WA I observed at
9:09 PM - 9:11 PM PST a fantastic object re-entering the atmosphere.
It was broken up into 30-40 pieces and left a trail of orange sparks
behind it about 30 degrees long.  It was about 30 degrees elevation
and moving West to East.  The local radio station is buzzing with
eyewitness calls.  Is this possibly the 'Kupon' re-entry predicted
recently??
