Do any European observers regularly scan the Clarke belt? I'm
interested in getting current elements for Luch-5A, the Russian
Multifunctional Space Relay System satellite launched on 11 December.
It appears that NORAD/JSpOC has temporarily "lost" the satellite,
likely following one or more delta-Vs, with the last public TLE for
    day 347 (13 December). Thanks.
