Phobos-Grunt Negative Flare Pass; 18 Dec 2011, 1300 U

Observed a 25 degree elevation, SSW to ENE pass around 1300 UT on 18 Dec 2011 from Falcon, CO USA.  No obvious flaring at any point but did see three minima (fade to invisible naked eye).  Approximate minima to minima time 30 seconds.

Maximum brightness was slightly less than the four main stars in Corvus.
